Food is consciousness.
And consciousness is food.

The way of tantra is not to refrain from our senses but to awaken to their nature.
In consciousness, all is food.
TV is food. Anger is food. Love is food.
But when we offer our awareness into even the peeling of a potato…
Eternity is revealed.

Every moment is an opening into recognizing the vibrant nature of arising phenomena.
How we eat, prepare, and receive is not just a physical act—it is a dimension of awareness, a gesture of presence. When we meet nourishment with devotion, even the peeling of a potato becomes a gateway into grace.

Ayurvedic Roots

Ayurveda has quietly shaped my path for many years. Sometimes it has been subtle, other times more central in how I live and nourish.

I am now deepening that relationship through formal studies in Ayurvedic Health and Panchakarma from India, weaving its wisdom more intentionally into my offerings.

This unfolding continues to shape the way I nourish — with presence, alignment, and respect for each body's unique intelligence.

Dhanvantari Mantra

(Prayer for the deity of Ayurveda and divine healing)

ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय

त्रैलोक्यनाथाय भगवते नमः

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya
Dhanvantaraye Amrita Kalasha Hastaya
Sarvamaya Vinashaya

A mantra of praise to the divine healer, Dhanvantari —
who holds the nectar of immortality and blesses all three worlds with healing and balance.
